Who is this for?

Small local businesses that live on enquiries: dance schools, tutors, clubs, salons, cafés and takeaways, tradespeople, holiday lets. If customers ask you the same ten questions every week, this saves you hours.

Do you have to visit in person?

Either. In person at your place if you are around Lowestoft, Beccles, Southwold or Great Yarmouth, or a recorded video call from anywhere. Both are free and take half an hour to an hour.

Is it really AI answering my customers?

Yes, and it answers only from what you give it: your prices, times, policies and FAQs. When something is outside that, it says so and passes the person to you. Every conversation is visible in your admin page, and you can switch it off with one setting.

What happens to my existing website and web address?

You keep your web address. We build the new site, show you a private link, then move your web address over to it. Old links still work. If you ever leave, you get your content and a copy of your data.

Do I have to learn new software?

One admin page with a handful of buttons: approve a reply, set a date, send an announcement. We walk you through it at go-live and it works on your phone.

Where is my data kept?

In Google's London data centre, in an account that belongs to your business. The AI provider processes conversations under contract. You get a plain-English privacy notice for your customers.

How long does it take?

A first working version within two weeks of the first visit or call, live within a month. WhatsApp can take a little longer because WhatsApp checks each business before switching it on.

What does it cost?

Plans from £49 a month excluding VAT, and the first month is free. The pricing page has the three plans and what each includes.

Why not a big agency or a website builder?

A website builder gives you a page. An agency gives you a project and an invoice for every change. We give you a site that books customers, an assistant that answers them and an inbox that drafts replies, built by senior engineers who come to you, on one monthly plan that includes the changes.

Can you do X?

Probably. The platform already handles websites, assistants, WhatsApp, email, payments and admin, and we have fifteen years of building bigger systems than this. Ask, and you will get a straight answer about effort and cost.
