Three businesses, built end to end

All fictional, all running for real. Watch a minute of each in use, then book a pretend trial or a pretend facial, order pretend fish and chips, ask the assistant, and open the owner's admin page to see it arrive. Nothing you type reaches a real business.

What happens behind the site

Someone asks the assistant

"Classes for a 6 year old on a Saturday?" or "Gel manicure on Thursday evening?" The assistant answers from the business's own information and, for the salon, checks the real diary before offering times.

The assistant books it

Name, email, what and when, confirmed back in one line, then saved. Owner and customer both get an email; the salon customer gets a deposit link too.

An email arrives

"Very disappointed…" is spotted as a complaint, summarised, given a kind holding reply and flagged for the owner. A routine email gets a full drafted reply the owner approves in one click.

On WhatsApp too

The same assistant answers on the business's WhatsApp number. One announcement reaches everyone who opted in: a cancellation slot, a Christmas opening.

The day before

A reminder goes out automatically: what to wear, arrive five minutes early, your deposit is still to pay. The day after, a polite request for a Google review.

The owner's admin page

New enquiries, the diary or the register, replies to approve, everything sent, every conversation. On a phone, between customers.

Your business

The same pieces fit cafés, takeaways, tutors, trades, holiday lets and shops. Swap classes for menus, appointments for orders or quotes, and the assistant, the booking, the inbox and the admin page stay the same. Tell us what your customers keep asking and we will show you on a visit.
