A website that brings in customers
Looks right on a phone, loads fast, found on Google, with enquiry and booking forms that come straight to you.
Built from a proven design with your brand, photos and words. Set up from day one so Google can show your opening hours, classes and reviews right in its results, with fast pages and a clear title on every page. Changes are included in your plan, live the same day.
A booking system that takes payments
Customers book online, pay a deposit or the full amount by card, and it lands in your diary. Reminders go out the day before, and unpaid fees get a polite nudge you approve first.
Real free slots so nobody is double-booked, deposits that come off the bill, invoices with a pay-by-card link, receipts, and polite reminders drafted for your approval when fees go overdue. The money goes straight into your own account. The most common 'this paid for itself' feature. Running in the demos (pretend payments until your card account is connected).
An AI assistant that answers customers
On your website, on WhatsApp and in your inbox. It answers instantly, in plain English, from your own information, and drafts email replies for you to approve in one click.
It knows your prices, times, policies and FAQs, books trials, appointments or callbacks, and hands anything tricky to you. Incoming email is sorted and summarised: enquiries and bookings get a full drafted reply, complaints and money questions get a kind holding reply and wait for you. Day-before reminders and follow-ups go out automatically. Every conversation is visible to you.
Made for Facebook and Instagram
Most local customers come from a recommendation in a Facebook group or an Instagram post. We make sure that click turns into a booking or an enquiry, not a message you answer at 10pm.
A Book now button on your Facebook page and a link in your Instagram bio that go straight to your booking page, and your website linking back to both. When you or a customer share a link to the site, it shows the right picture and words. If you run Facebook or Instagram ads, we build the page the ad lands on so the visit is not wasted, and you can see in your admin page how many people arrived from Facebook. We draft posts about your news, dates and offers for you to paste in. We do not run ads or post for you: what goes out stays in your hands.
Answers on WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram
Most enquiries arrive as a Facebook or Instagram message asking for a time. The assistant answers with real free times and a one-tap booking link, and answers on your WhatsApp number too.
A customer messages your Facebook page or Instagram at 10pm: "any chance of gel nails Saturday about 2?" The assistant replies in the same chat with two or three free times and a link that opens your booking page with the treatment, day and time already chosen, so they finish the booking there and nothing personal is typed into the chat. Every message shows in your admin page and you can step in any time. WhatsApp is set up officially so replies come from your business name, and one announcement can go to everyone who has opted in on WhatsApp. If your customers use Telegram, a free alternative to WhatsApp, the assistant answers there as well.
Your own admin page
Enquiries, bookings, replies to approve, messages sent, contacts and conversations. Works on your phone.
One login, one screen, a handful of buttons. Works on your phone.
Kept online and looked after
We keep your site online, backed up and watched around the clock, and you can message a developer directly. Included in the monthly plan.
Your information is stored in the UK, in Google's London data centre. Your web address and your content stay yours, and you can leave at any time and take a copy of everything with you.
Found on Google
Every site we build is set up so Google can find it, and we get you on Google Maps and Google Search so you show up when someone in your town looks for what you do.
Built in from day one: a clear title and description on every page, a page for every class or service so each one can come up in a search on its own, your opening hours, prices and FAQs laid out so Google can show them in its results, fast pages on a phone, and a description on every photo for Google to read. At go-live we claim or tidy your Google Maps listing (the box with your hours, photos and reviews) and register the site with Google so we can see how often you come up in searches. Then the review requests keep it moving. Solid, honest foundations that most local competitors lack.
Waiting lists and capacity
Full classes or slots show 'join the waiting list', and the next person is messaged automatically when a place opens.
Class sizes are capped. Full classes show 'join the waiting list' on the timetable, trial requests for them queue automatically, and when a place opens you click once and the next family is emailed. Running in the demo.
Missed-call text-back
When you can't answer, the caller gets an instant text with a link to ask the assistant or request a callback.
When the studio phone rings out during class, the caller gets an instant text with a link to the assistant and a promise to ring back, and they appear in your enquiries. Rescues leads that currently vanish. Running in the demo (texts go out for real once your business number is set up).
Google reviews on autopilot
Happy customers are asked for a Google review at the right moment; replies to reviews are drafted for you.
The day after every trial, the parent gets a short email with your Google review link and an invitation to reply to you instead if something was wrong. Running in the demo.
Registers and attendance
Tick a register on a phone; absences trigger a gentle check-in message.
Teachers tick a register on their phone in the first five minutes of class. Two absences in a row draft a friendly 'everything ok?' email for you to approve, and attendance shows against each dancer in the admin page. Running in the demo.
Workshops and events booking
Holiday workshops, tasters and shows booked online with capacity, a waiting list and payment.
Each event has its own places and price. Families book on the website, get a confirmation with a pay link, and full events take a waiting list. Bookings and who has paid show in the admin page. Running in the demo.
Certificate and insurance reminders
DBS checks, first aid, safeguarding and insurance renewal dates, with an email 30 days before anything runs out.
One line per person per certificate in the admin page. Red when expired, amber within 30 days, and a reminder email each week until you update the date. Running in the demo.
Staff knowledge assistant
A private, PIN-protected chat for teachers over your policies: safeguarding, late collection, first aid, fire, photos, exams.
Answers from your staff handbook and says clearly when something needs a person. Keeps the rules in every teacher's pocket. Running in the demo.
Customer portal
Customers sign in with an emailed link and see their own classes, attendance, invoices and events, and keep their details up to date.
Sign in with a link sent to the email you already hold. Parents see each dancer's classes and uniform, attendance this term, invoices with a pay button, upcoming events with one-click booking, and can update phone, emergency contact, medical notes and photo consent themselves. They can message you or ask to pause, which lands in your enquiries. Forms are signed online too: code of conduct, photo consent and medical permission, read, ticked and signed with a typed name, so nothing is printed or lost, and you see who has not signed and can send a reminder. Cuts the repeat questions. Running in the demo.
AI phone receptionist
Answers the phone while you work, takes messages and requests, texts the caller a confirmation.
Priced after the first visit or call.
