What we collect. When you send a message, request a visit or chat with the assistant we collect your name, contact details, business details and what you tell us.

Why. To reply to you, arrange a visit and, if you become a client, to deliver the service. Our basis is legitimate interest and, later, our contract with you.

The assistant. Chat messages are processed by an AI provider (Anthropic) to generate replies and stored so we can follow up and improve answers. Please do not share payment or other sensitive details in the chat.

Visitor counts. We count page views without cookies: the site sends the page address and the site you came from, and we keep daily totals only. No cookie, no advertising identifier and no record of your IP address is stored, so there is no consent banner.

Where. Google Cloud, London region. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.

How long. Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights. Ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing us. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
