Prices exclude VAT.
Every plan includes up to 300 assistant conversations and 300 triaged emails a month, which covers almost every local business; heavier use is what the Organisation plan is for.
First month free on any plan; cancel within it and pay nothing.
Included change hours do not roll over. Extra developer time at £55 an hour in half-hour blocks.
Card payments go through Stripe, the payment company, at their standard fee (1.5% plus 20p per payment); the phone number's call and text costs are included up to normal use.

No surprises

The plan is the whole bill. Keeping the site online, the assistant, the inbox tools and your day-to-day changes are all inside it, so a timetable update or a new page never turns into an invoice. Prefer rolling monthly? A one-off setup applies and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
