Card payments go through Stripe, the payment company, at their standard fee (1.5% plus 20p per payment); the phone number's call and text costs are included up to normal use.

The plan is the whole bill. Keeping the site online, the assistant, the inbox tools and your day-to-day changes are all inside it, so a timetable update or a new page never turns into an invoice. Prefer rolling monthly? A one-off setup applies and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
