How it works

From a first chat to a site that books customers for you

Here is what happens between the first chat and your site going live: about a month, nothing to pay up front, and a recorded conversation instead of forms.

    A free visit or video call to understand your business

    Fill in the short form on the contact page, or just ask Ellis in the corner of the screen. You get a personal email the same working day to fix a time.

    Choose whichever suits you: we come to your place, anywhere around Lowestoft, Beccles, Southwold or Great Yarmouth, or we meet on a recorded video call from wherever you are. Either way it takes between thirty minutes and an hour, and it is free.

    We ask how customers find you and what happens when they get in touch: phone, Facebook page, inbox, WhatsApp messages at 10pm. What you answer over and over. What you do by hand every week that a computer should be doing. What you already use and what you would happily hand over.

    You:Pick in person or video, and a time. Then talk about your week and show us the things that annoy you.

  2. 2 Within 2 working days

    You get a one-page proposal

    One page. What we would build for you, what each part will do for the business, the monthly price, and the short list of things we need from you: usually a logo, some photos, your prices and your timetable or opening hours.

    You can say yes, say no, or ask for it to change. You decide in your own time, and nothing is paid up front.

  3. 3 Week 2

    We build it, and you try it

    Within two weeks of the go-ahead you get a private link to your real website and your own assistant, loaded with your real classes, prices, menu or services. Open it on your phone. Ask the assistant the awkward questions your customers ask. Try to break it.

    Then tell us what is wrong. There is no reason to live with something that is nearly right.

    You:Send the logo, photos and prices. Then poke holes in it.

  4. 4 Week 3 to 4

    We take it live and show you round

    The site goes live on your own web address, anyone with an old link lands on the new site, your email keeps working, and WhatsApp connects if you have chosen it. We then spend an hour with you, in person or on a call, showing you the admin page: where enquiries land, how to approve a reply the assistant has drafted, how to send an announcement.

    For the first month everything goes out with your approval. Once you trust it, you choose what runs on its own.

  5. 5 Every month

    We look after it

    Keeping the site online, secure, backed up and up to date is all part of the monthly price, along with changes when your prices, timetable or team change. Each month you get a short report: how many enquiries, how many bookings, and what people asked the assistant, which often tells you what to put on the website next.

What we need from you

  • Your logo, or a photo of your sign if you do not have a file
  • Ten or so photos of the real business: the room, the people, the work
  • Prices, timetable, menu or services, in whatever form you have them
  • Access to your web address (the company you pay for it each year) and to your Facebook and Instagram pages
  • Half an hour of your time each week during the build

Missing something? We photograph the business on a visit, or use a few phone photos after a call, and write the first draft of the words for you.

What it costs

Plans start at £49 a month and the first month is free, so you see the enquiries arrive before you pay anything. The pricing page has the three plans and what each includes.

Questions people ask at the first chat

Is it really AI answering my customers?
Yes, and it answers only from what you give it: your prices, times, policies and FAQs. When something is outside that, it says so and passes the person to you. Every conversation is visible in your admin page, and you can switch it off with one setting.
What happens to my existing website and web address?
You keep your web address. We build the new site, show you a private link, then move your web address over to it. Old links still work. If you ever leave, you get your content and a copy of your data.
Do I have to learn new software?
One admin page with a handful of buttons: approve a reply, set a date, send an announcement. We walk you through it at go-live and it works on your phone.
How long does it take?
A first working version within two weeks of the first visit or call, live within a month. WhatsApp can take a little longer because WhatsApp checks each business before switching it on.
